International Day of the Girl child, which falls on October 11th, has a major significance to support and give more opportunity for girls and increases awareness of gender inequality faced by girls worldwide. We take advantage of this day to lend a helping hand to the Gambian girls in areas such as access to education, protection and legal rights. This October 11th SaGG is welcoming everyone around the world to celebrate International Day of the Girl Child under the theme "Choose Kind”. Together, we’re calling for equal access to education through corporate donations, volunteering and sponsorship of a Gambian girl child.
