Sponsor a Gambian Girl, is fully registered charity in The Gambia.
The SaGG Foundation promotes any charitable purposes for the promotion of the welfare of girls and women in the Gambia; in particular, the empowerment of girls and young women through helping them have access to quality education and training to help transform their lives from poverty to one of financial independence and self-reliance.
In the furtherance of the foregoing purposes but not further or otherwise, the Foundation may; Raise funds to sponsor the education of girls and young women; Provide linkages between the Sponsored girls with their Sponsor(s); Support mentoring and career advisory schemes for girls and women; Support capacity-building initiatives for girls and women. |

Despite some girls having access to going to school, due to poverty, many girls lack access to basic educational supplies. SaGG’s aim is to provide girls’ with all the tools they need in education to shape their future.
